"I just purchased an instant download but haven't received
anything yet. What do I do?"
This has been the most common question we receive about our downloads...
and it is usually the easiest to solve.
1. Check your Junk Mail folder for an e-mail from The K-Crew, Inc. with the
subject heading " Order Info- The K-Crew, Inc." Often school e-mail accounts
and Hotmail accounts will automatically filter this e-mail into the junk or spam
folder. Simply open the e-mail or move it to your inbox to receive the download
link and instructions.
2. Check the e-mail account that is linked to your PayPal account. Often
customers have created a PayPal account with an e-mail address they no longer
use or check. Download links are sent to the e-mail address linked to the PayPal
account. If you no longer use that address, simply contact us and we can
resend your link to your current address.
3. If neither of these solutions resolve your problem, contact us and we can
resend your link.
"I tried to download the file but I couldn't save it. What do I
do?"
This has been the next most common question we receive about our downloads.
In fact, it was the same thing that happened to us the first time we tried to
download files. Of course, being teachers, we didn't think we needed to actually
read the instructions. We thought we should just click on the hypertext link and
voila! It didn't work for us either.... until we read the directions:
You must Right-Click the link below and choose "Save Link As..." or
"Save Target As..." to save the file to a location on your computer.
Then it worked perfectly! Just remember that if you only left-click the link, it will
either time out or open in your browser.
